Product Overview
One rubber airbag material, two practical engineering uses
Pipeline sealing airbag is an inflatable rubber tool used for temporary pipe plugging during maintenance, construction and inspection. It expands after inflation and presses against the inner wall of the pipe to create a stable sealing effect.
The same multi-layer rubber and fabric reinforced material can also be made into inflatable core molds for concrete beam casting. In this application, the airbag forms the internal void during pouring and is deflated for removal after the concrete sets.

Pipeline Sealing Airbag
Used for temporary blocking of water pipes, sewage pipes, drainage pipes and non-corrosive pipeline systems during repair, testing and construction.
Inflatable Core Mold
Used as a removable inner mold during concrete beam pouring. It replaces traditional rigid molds in many precast beam and hollow slab projects.
Multi-Layer Rubber Construction
Manufactured from composite rubber with high-strength fabric reinforcement for abrasion resistance, tear resistance and reliable field performance.
Fast Pipe Sealing
After inflation, the airbag expands tightly against the inner pipe wall and adapts to slight deformation or uneven surfaces.

Pressure gauge, tee connector and hose accessories support safer inflation and easier site monitoring.

For pipe sealing, maintenance and testing work
Pipeline sealing airbags are selected according to pipe diameter, medium, sealing pressure and site working conditions. Before use, the pipe inner wall should be cleaned to avoid sharp objects puncturing the rubber body.
Inflatable Core Mold
Reusable inner mold for concrete beam casting
Rubber inflatable core molds expand into the required section after inflation. After concrete curing, they are deflated and pulled out, making transport, installation and repeated use more convenient than many traditional molds.
