Water-activated sealing for concrete joints
Water-swelling waterstop strip is a polymer waterproofing material made from high-quality rubber and hydrophilic swelling materials. When it contacts water, it expands to fill gaps and forms a dense sealing barrier.
The product is widely used in construction joints, expansion joints, settlement joints and pipe penetrations of concrete structures. It helps achieve the effect of sealing water by using water pressure and swelling pressure.
Product Classification
Putty Type and Rubber Finished Type
Putty Type PN / BW
Also called bentonite waterstop strip. It is usually black and soft, with good self-adhesion and slow swelling performance.
Construction joints, post-cast strips and areas above normal groundwater level
Rubber Finished Type PZ / BF
Red or black hard rubber strip with higher strength, good elasticity and selectable swelling ratios.

Installation Notes
Keep the strip dry before concrete pouring
- Clean the base surface before installation; remove dust, oil and loose concrete.
- Press the strip tightly against the concrete interface without gaps, lifting or twisting.
- Use steel nails for vertical joints to prevent displacement during pouring.
- Pour the next concrete section as soon as possible after installation.
- Keep the product away from moisture, rain and direct sunlight during storage.
